I've been in real estate for well over a decade; my previous work experiences range from writing ad copy and managing PR campaigns for Fortune 500 firms to delivering pizza and playing street music for Russian mobsters. My claim to fame is being featured on WCAX for listing a doomsday bunker during the pandemic, as well as selling the most expensive condo in Burlington in 2017, and helping a family buy a home with a hemp farm with an agricultural loan in 2020. I don't use AI and prefer to work within an hour and fifteen minutes of my office in Essex, VT (Go Hornets)! Conner grew up in New England and chose northern Vermont for exactly the reasons most clients describe when they first reach out: the mountains, the quiet, and the sense that life here moves at a pace worth slowing down for.
