Igor has worked in real estate for more than ten years. Before that he wrote ad copy and ran PR campaigns for Fortune 500 companies. He sold the most expensive condo in Burlington in 2017, helped a buyer finance a home with a working hemp farm through an agricultural loan in 2020, and listed a doomsday bunker that VTDigger and NBC5 covered.

He works mostly within about an hour and fifteen minutes of Essex. When a project is unusual or catches his interest, he is happy to take it on anywhere in Vermont.

Conner moved from Boston to northern Vermont for the mountains, rivers, and trails. He spent his first years here as a senior operations analyst for a London-based company, working remotely from home.

Now he works with buyers and sellers in Stowe, Lamoille County, and across northern Vermont, and he still works like an analyst. He prices homes from recent PrimeMLS sales, shows clients every comparable sale behind the number, and raises rural property questions (wells, septic, and Class 4 roads) before they become problems. He also wrote the Moving to Vermont guide on this site. On days off he is skiing, hiking, or tracking down a waterfall with his dog.
